Minister for Fun and Food Assembles Troops Posted on June 11th
Today the 2008 Qld Landcare Conference took a very important step forward. If it is true that an army marches on it’s stomach, then the conference probably took a whole lot of steps forward. Michelle, we like to call her Minister for Fun and Food (she is the organising committee member for functions and catering) assembled the food division of her army.
Mike Giles, General Manager of Ironbark Ridge Services (Major General Giles) was in town to meet with community groups interested in assisting with the various functions that make up the conference. Ironbark Ridge Services have been appointed to manage all catering and to coordinate service providers to ensure everyone gets a great meal at the conference.
