Fay Jackson - Keynote Speaker

Fay Jackson, Inspirational speaker and Director of Vision in Mind offered this advice as she gave the first keynote speech of the 2008 Queensland Landcare Conference . Fay’s topic was mental illness and she is well qualified to speak on mental illness. Fay herself has a bipolar disorder. Her presentation was littered with personal stories some sad and some very entertaining. The crowd is very moved by her keynote and were told. “Any average Jo or Joanne can save a life. You must talk about mental illness… mental illness is normal.

Fay followed on the heals of a wonderful Traditional Owner Welcome by Yvonne and Tim Chapman and a welcome from North Burnett Landcare President Trevor Gleeson.
